Transform worn, stained, or plain clothing into something beautiful and uniquely yours.

In this creative, hands-on Fibre Studio, you'll learn a variety of visible mending and decorative appliqué techniques that can be used to repair, refresh, and personalize clothing and accessories.

We'll cover:

No prior sewing or embroidery experience required.

Suitable for all skill levels.

• Principles of visible mending
• Selecting fabrics and materials for patches
• Hand-sewn appliqué techniques
• Attaching decorative patches
• Creative approaches to repairing holes and worn areas
• Combining embroidery, appliqué, and patchwork

Supplies Required:

• Bring one or two garments, bags, or textile items you'd like to repair or embellish

Minimum enrolment: A minimum of 6 participants is required for this session to run. If the minimum enrolment is not met, the session will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.
