Garment Sewing for Adults

Adult garment sewing and working with patterns.

This four-class session introduces the fundamentals of sewing garments.

Designed for beginners and those looking to build their skills, this class provides a supportive environment where participants will create a finished project from start to finish.

What You'll Learn: 

• Measuring and cutting fabric accurately
• Hand and machine sewing techniques 
• How to follow patterns and instructions
• Proper use of sewing tools
• Understanding different fabric types and their properties Each student will start, progress upon, and complete a project within the four-class session.

Class Details:

• 4 weekly 1.5 hr sessions
• Monday May 12, 26, June 2, 9 *please note, no class on Victoria Day Monday May 19th
• 3:00pm - 4:30pm
