Winter Break Machine Sewing Camp for Kids

String Theory Yarn Shop is thrilled to partner with Olena's Sewing Corner to offer a machine sewing camp for kids or teens during the Christmas break!  Featuring very small class sizes to ensure that each participant receives lots of one on one attention. All materials are included. 

At this sewing camp, participants will design and learn to sew their own tote bag!

• Basic machine sewing skills covered include:
  • identification and use of tools needed for sewing
  • changing thread in the machine - top & bottom
  • bobbin winding
  • using different operations and machine feet
  • basic sewing
  • how to sew in zippers
  • how to make button holes

Bring your own sewing machine or use ours.
