The Alaska hat pattern by Camille Descoteaux has been a favourite pattern on the knitting scene for a few years now. If you have always wanted to try this, but are new to colourwork, then this workshop is perfect for you. It's an ideal first project for knitting with two colours. You'll wonder why you waited so long to try!

- Cost: $30 (Pattern and materials not included)
- Materials Needed: 50g of black fingering weight yarn, 50g of fingering weight yarn for the sky (great for scrap busting or mini skeins)

PLEASE NOTE - the brim of the hat must be completed prior to the workshop date as the focus is to learn how to complete the colourwork section
- Prerequisite skills: Cast on, bind off, knit, purl, increase/decrease, knitting in the round
