Allegro

At last, a stretchy, non-wool sock yarn! Not just for socks, though, Wisdom Yarns' Allegro is a smooth, super-soft blend of acrylic and PBT—a type of polyester that adds a stretch that's similar to Lycra. Allegra is machine-washable, tumble-dryable and self-striping. It's a great yarn for sweater, shawl and sock projects.
